Performance Evaluation of Board of Directors

1.  On August 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company passed the "Rules for Performance Evaluation of Board of Directors", which stipulated that the Board of Directors should conduct an internal performance evaluation of the Board of Directors, its members and functional committees at least once a year, and conduct an external independent performance evaluation which is performed by an external independent institution or by a team of external experts and scholars at least every three years.

2.   The internal performance evaluation of the Board of Directors and Functional Committees was reported to the Board of Directors on 26 February 2025  .

3.    In June 2025, the Company commissioned DALEE Finance Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct an evaluation. The consulting firm issued its evaluation report on August 15, 2025. The overall evaluation results were reported to the Board of Directors on November 12, 2025, for acknowledgment, serving as a basis for review and improvement.

4.    The internal performance evaluation of the Board of Directors and Functional Committees was reported to the Board of Directors on 10 March 2026   .
